Without mutation, the land title will not pass to the new owner. To apply for the mutation of property, visit the KIOSK center and also, submit the appropriate documents along with the application form. Process of online Mutation extract document & RTC, follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Now, fill the user ID, password, and CAPTCHA code, then proceed to Login.
